School Reopening Date and Other Important Reminders

As we prepare for the new term, please take note of the following important information:
School Reopening
The school will officially open its doors to students on Monday, August 31, 2026. Please adhere to your child’s back-to-school reporting dates below:

A detailed class timetable will be sent to your child by their class teachers on the first day, along with additional homeroom information.
Confirmation of Enrolment
Please ensure your child's placement is secured by paying the applicable September 2026 tuition fee and transport fee, if the bus service is availed. Enrolment starts on August 24, 2026 (Monday). The school office will be open from 8 AM – 2 PM.
Payment Methods:
• In-school: Cash and card transactions
• Edunation Pay (EduPay)
The class teachers will distribute notebooks and/or stationery to students during the first week of the school reopening, provided that their first month's fees (September 2026) are cleared.
Important: The tuition fees include the cost of books. Should a student withdraw or leave the school during the academic year, a substantial fee will be charged for the books provided.
Placement assessments and interviews are ongoing for new students from FS2 to Year 11, where vacancies are available.
School Drop Off and Pick Up Timings
Morning Drop-off: Please be aware that the school gates will close promptly at 7:30 AM. Students from FS2 to Year 11 arriving after this time will not be allowed entry without approval from the school’s Social Worker, Ms. Yasmin.
Afternoon Pick-up: We kindly ask parents to pick up their child(ren) on time, as the school gates will remain open until 3:00 PM from Monday to Thursday, and until 12:00 PM on Fridays.
School Transport Service
Parents of students utilising the bus service will receive updates regarding pick-up times from our drivers or support staff. For any concerns regarding bus transport, please call Mr Shaji on his mobile number, 055 825 1373.
Uniform Sale
Parents may purchase the uniform at EIS on the following dates. Please keep in mind that uniform costs are charged individually and can be paid to the staff in charge at the Uniform Sale.

Uniforms can be purchased at the AJ Store in Sanaiya after these dates. The store's location and hours are posted at https://eisalain.com/admissions/school-uniforms. If children cannot obtain uniforms during the school sale, they should dress appropriately for school on the first day.
Important Note: The front office is closed on Friday, 28th August 2026, as this is a public holiday marking the birthday of Prophet Muhammad. Only AJ store staff will be available at the EIS premises for the Uniform Sale.
AY 2026-27 WOW (Week 0: Week of Welcome)
The first week of AY 2026 promises to be an exhilarating Week of Welcome!
From August 31- September 4, 2026, students will engage in a variety of events and orientation activities. We encourage you to ensure your child brings a sufficient and healthy lunch, a notebook, colouring supplies, and glue sticks. The school will provide all other necessary materials.
Wonder Trails (FS2 – Year 1), Discovery Trails (Year 2 – Year 5) and Enquiry Trails (Year 6 – 11)
As we embark on this exciting journey together, we look forward to the upcoming classes! On Friday, September 4, 2026, we will provide the detailed lesson outlines for Term 1 – Week 1. These outlines are known as "Wonder Trails" for FS2 – Year 1, "Discovery Trails" for Year 2 – Year 5, and "Enquiry Trails" for Year 6 – Year 11. These outlines will clearly present the concepts, tasks, and activities that students will engage in.
