Grade 6 Parent Assembly

We at EIS were reminded of this important quote thanks to our bright students of Grade 6 took it upon themselves to share with us importance of ethics, perseverance, and kindness during their parent assembly.

“Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do and what is right to do”

The audience was filled with the delighted faces of their parents as they beamed with pride while watching the several performances that their children had prepared for them. The assembly started off with a choral recitation of the poem ‘Be The Best of Whatever you are– by Douglas Malloch’ from the boys of grade 6, who reminded us with their powerful voices, of the importance of perseverance and never giving us, regardless of how tough a situation gets. This was followed by a skit performed by the girls of Grade 6 about the importance of kindness and upholding values such as patience and humanity. They ended their assembly with a wonderful poem dedicated to their parents.

This truly was an inspiring assembly that touched the hearts of everyone present.
