Anti-Bullying Day 2024: “Be a Buddy, Not a Bully”
Our school proudly celebrated Anti-Bullying Day with a range of impactful activities aimed at raising awareness and fostering a culture of kindness and respect.
The day began with an inspiring assembly led by Grade 2A, themed “Be a Buddy, Not a Bully,” emphasizing the importance of treating one another with compassion. Following the assembly, the entire school participated in a vibrant anti-bullying march, showcasing our collective stand against bullying.
Grade-specific activities added a creative and reflective touch to the day:
- Kindergarten created a "Kindness Tree," sharing kind actions they could do for others.
- Grades 1-3 contributed thoughtful "Kindness Acts" on hand-shaped cutouts.
- Grades 4-6 participated in a "No Bullying" Poster Contest, crafting impactful artwork.
- Grade 7 crafted Anti-Bullying Bookmarks from Trash, blending sustainability and kindness.
- Grade 8 developed a comprehensive Cyberbullying Guide to promote online safety.
A special Wall of Kindness, featuring heartfelt student statements, will soon be displayed, serving as a lasting reminder of our shared commitment to compassion and understanding.
Anti-Bullying Day brought our school community together, reinforcing our dedication to creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all. Together, we stand united against bullying and for kindness in every corner of our school.
